How Can I post or submit my article?
You have to submit the version of your article in Word processing format electronically through the IJEST website online submission.

How do I obtain copyright transfer form?
You can print out a copyright by clicking the download icon on the Journal website. You will then fill the form and have to forward it to the IJEST Editorial Office.

Why does IJEST request transfer of copyright?
IJEST wants to ensure that it has the exclusive distribution right, for all media. Such a right can be obtained through an exclusive license from authors, but there is virtually no difference between transfer and exclusive license. Given that there is virtually no difference, it seems to us that transfer does give an advantage in the elimination of any ambiguity or uncertainty about IJEST's ability to distribute or sublicense.

How can I submit an article?
You must definitely submit your manuscript through the online submission form at the IJEST website.

How can I acknowledge about the author instruction?
The note for authors is printed out at the end of journal. However, you can acknowledge through the note for authors link at the Journal website.

How can I be as a member of IJEST?
You can refer to the subscription form and fill the form. You will then be received the Journal issues regularly.

How can I order off prints of a journal article?
For off prints order, you can follow the instruction which is on the Journal subscription form.

What is the acceptance rate for manuscripts submitted to the Journal?
Approximately 60% of manuscripts submitted to the Journal are accepted for publication.

What is the refereeing procedure for Journal manuscripts?
Manuscripts submitted to the Journal are peer reviewing, initially reviewed according to the flow diagram reviewing and then reach to the technical reviewer. A minimum of three reviews related to subject is required for each Journal manuscript. Reviewer and editor comments are forwarded to the primary author for rebuttal and revisions. If the revisions meet the reviewers and editor approval, the manuscript is formally accepted for publication in the Journal.

What is the Journal policy regarding submittal of previously published material?
Previously published work will not be considered for publication at the Journal. In this regard, authors are wanted to fill the Copyright form at the time of the article acceptance and publication.

What is the Journal publication charge?
Prior to the acceptance of the manuscript, the author (s) would responsible to pay 200 Euros per published manuscript as the publication fee.

How can I obtain off prints of Journal articles?
For authors of manuscripts that are scheduled for publication, author will receive one journal issue as well as 5 off prints. In addition, Authors can purchase additional Journal copies and off prints they wish to order.

PLEASE NOTE: Authors and IJEST members will receive journals by post delivery on the time of printing out.

How can I obtain permission to reuse material published in the Journal?
All per mission requests should be directed to the Copyright content.
